This session is an extension of the Chakra Energy Healing Session, and includes a pre-consult, evaluation of the chakras, reiki energy & intuitive readings, and the use of the wave drum. Which all takes place primarily on the healing table. For the last 30 minutes of the session, we move into the Somatic Therapy room and discuss any intuitive messages or energy points that came up during the healing session.

A healing session focused primarily on the physical body and the nervous system. An opening discussion and intentions to begin, and then clients are guided through a meditation and a walk through their body. From here we explore the physical moment and what’s presenting in the body. Clients are guided through healing and tools to integrate.
